ROTOR OVEN

The rotary kiln ROTOR JUMACO & MASTER it is an ideal oven for pastry shops and bakeries since it guarantees the perfect cooking of food and as an addition keep the quality unchanged and the properties of ingredients base of the masses.

In addition, it is equipped with a round cooking cabinet that facilitates air circulation and works with injected steam which allows a greater quantity of steam and that, at the same time, it is of higher quality. To this must be added that he has a channel steam generator which makes it possible to supply the right and necessary quantities of steam to continuous cook cycles.

This oven has a new and exclusive heat recovery system that makes it possible for temperature between trays does not drop and that, consequently, all breads, buns and cakes receive the same amount of heat regardless of the tray or height in which they are, guaranteeing a homogeneous cooking, uniform and perfect.

Another of its characteristics is that it is a high performance but that, nevertheless, needs little energy to function so it favors the energy saving. This is because its structure is thought and designed with the aim of making the most of the energy exchange to guarantee an optimal and prolonged duration in time.

It should be noted that it is an oven extremely versatile capable of adapting perfectly to all foods, products and preparation and processing systems. It is also very easy to use and the functional devices with which it is equipped allow easy handling, even by unskilled personnel.

On the other hand, we have two versions from rotary kiln depending on the fuel with which they work. Can be electric or from gas or diesel.

Similarly, it is available in four models with different measures and capabilities so that you can choose the one that best suits the needs of your business:

  • MINI ROTOR (for 40 × 40 - 40 × 80 - 50 × 70 - 46 × 66 - 45 × 75 trays)
  • ROTOR (for 60 × 80 trays)
  • MAXI ROTOR (for 80 × 80 - 80 × 90 - 66 × 92 - 80 × 100 trays)
  • ROTOR 2 (for trays of 80 × 120 or double carriage of 60 × 80 each)

Technical characteristics:

 

  • Facade, interior panels and floor steel thick thick.
  • Steel exterior panels.
  • Heat exchanger from refractory stainless steel for the gas or diesel version. For the electric version, the heat is generated by means of batteries with stainless armored heating elements.
